A minimum of 2 days advance notice is required for all orders. We do attempt to accommodate last minute orders when possible but there is an additional charge* (see Rates page)

Grocery prices are billed at the posted store cost and are not marked up.

Fridge Fillers reserves the right to retain promotional coupons and in-store savings.

Fridge Fillers will provide copies of all store receipts by email the day of final billing. You will also receive a line item detail of all our charges in a separate email. Please ensure you check your spam mail if you do not see these in your inbox.

Delivery is always attempted before guest arrival but is not guaranteed. Please advise the property management or front desk that you are expecting us. Order volume, guest property turnover, and store variables may cause deliveries to be delayed past check in. Rest assured, we deliver until all the day's bookings are completed.

If a credit card is declined or invalid the customer will be charged a $25.00 fee may be applied.

To ensure that you receive exactly what you're looking for, it's important to provide specific details when placing an order. This includes information such as the brand, type, flavor, package size, and quantity. Please note that the product photos provided are just examples and a failure to provide sufficient details may result in a delay to your order, so please be as specific as possible.

We do our best to accommodate customer requests and dietary restrictions whenever possible, ie: special recipes, gluten-free, vegan etc.
