Rates & List of Services

The following rates apply to all of our locations:

Standard Delivery Fee - $50.00

Holiday Delivery Fee - $100 INCLUDES CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS EVES AND DAYS, MEMORIAL DAY, 4TH OF JULY, LABOR DAY AND THANKSGIVING DAY

Service Fees - 35% OF THE CLIENT'S TOTAL STORE RECEIPTS

​

*ADDITIONAL SERCIVE FEE - An additional 10% will be added to the service fee for any orders received within 24 hours of arrival.

AUTHORIZATION CHARGE - $20.00 - This is charged to your card at the checkout of your order to reserve your delivery date and is cancelled at final billing.

SECURE CARD PROCESSING FEE - 5% of all transactions

Terms

  • A minimum of 2 days advance notice is required for all orders. We do attempt to accommodate last minute orders when possible but there is an additional charge* (see above)

  • Grocery prices are billed at the posted store cost and are not marked up.

  • Fridge Fillers reserves the right to retain promotional coupons and in-store savings.

  • Fridge Fillers will provide copies of all store receipts by email the day of final billing. You will also receive a line item detail of all our charges in a separate email. Please ensure you check your spam mail if you do not see these in your inbox.

  • Delivery is always attempted before guest arrival but is not guaranteed. Please advise the property management or front desk that you are expecting us. Order volume, guest property turnover, and store variables may cause deliveries to be delayed past check in. Rest assured, we deliver until all the day's bookings are completed.
